When exiting the roundabout turn left at the fork into the main entrance where a parking spot can be found.

 

 

 

Is there a waiting area or rest room?

Yes, if you are a little early, there is a comfortable chair right outside the treatment room. A café is nearby for your convenience. Restrooms are located close to the salon.

 

 

 

Where is the salon located?

The salon is on the ground floor to the right of the reception desk a short walk down the hallway. After leaving reception to sign in, my salon will have signage on the door so you cannot miss it.

 

 

 

Signing in

All clients will need to sign in at reception which is a very brief procedure for health and safety reasons.

 

 

 

Can I still pay online or at the salon when I book online?

Yes, bookings can still be made as normal, You can choose to pay online prior or pay later after your appointment

 

 

What if I have a Gift Voucher to use?

All Gift Vouchers will remain valid and are fully redeemable at Summerset, Monterey Park.

 

 

 

What if I am unwell and can't make my appointment?

All of the Ministry of Health guidelines apply, if you are unwell, have a cough or sore throat, please do not attend your appointment. It is best to contact me and reschedule.
