My recommendation is to allow hair growth of between 3-6 weeks before booking your waxing appointment.

Please keep in mind if your hairs are too short, the wax will not adhere and this may cause your hairs to snap.

For the sensitive areas - I only use hot wax and not strip wax and I do not reuse spatulas.
